About MindEase
A self-reflection tool, not a clinical one
MindEase is a self-reflection and general wellness awareness tool. It's built to help people notice patterns in how they think, feel, and function - around stress, burnout, sleep, emotional balance, and everyday lifestyle habits. Every question uses a simple frequency scale, and every result is generated with transparent, rule-based scoring that anyone can look at and understand.
This is intentionally not a diagnostic or clinical assessment tool. It doesn't identify or label any medical or mental health condition. Instead, it offers a structured, supportive starting point for reflection - the kind of check-in you might do in a journal, but with a bit more shape to it.
Who this is built for
Wellness creators & coaches who want a polished reflection tool to offer clients between sessions.
Wellness consultants & HR programs looking for a non-clinical way to support the people they serve.
Individuals who want a private, structured way to check in with themselves - no clinical framing, no pressure.
It also works well for educators and schools, community groups - anyone who wants a private, structured way to check in with themselves.
Our approach
- - Plain, supportive language - never alarming or clinical-sounding.
- - Transparent, rule-based scoring instead of a "black box."
- - Everything stored locally in your browser - private by default.
- - Always framed as a starting point for reflection, not a final answer.
A companion, not a replacement
MindEase helps most as a companion to - not a replacement for - real support. If what you're feeling is frequent, intense, or getting in the way of your life, please talk to a professional. It's designed to help you check in with yourself and take small, kind steps - not to carry the whole weight alone.
Support resources are always in SettingsThis tool is for self-reflection and general wellness awareness only. It is not a medical diagnosis, mental health assessment, or substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, please contact local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.
